Our Terms & Conditions
By placing an order you are signifying that you accept our terms and conditions and that you are legally bound to them.
Completion date
This is only an estimate as garments are hand-made to a higher standard than factory made but we aim to supply within 3 weeks maximum from the time we receive your confirmation and payment. If you need to order for a special event please let us know.
Cancellation
You have 48 hours from placement of order to cancel, after this time refunds will not be possible as garments are bespoke. We encourage you to double check when measuring and advise you compare the size to a garment (non stretch) that fits correctly.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our product we are unable to offer a refund. The items are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else. If there is a produce error deemed to be our fault we will offer to replace or provide a refund. Please note we will require photographs of the said item for us to assess before you can return to us and any liability is agreed. We do not refund goods due to a change of mind, however if goods are faulty in any way we will either rectify, re-produce or credit.
Sale Items
Sale or reduced items are subject to our no return policy unless in special circumstances and this is available at our discretions.
Website
We aim to keep the website up to date however it is only indicative of what we do as all orders are individually made. If the material is no longer available we will work with you to choose a better or similar alternative.
Delivery
We will contact you on completion of the order and confirm the correct delivery address. We will send garments recorded delivery to the recipient and cannot be responsible if items are left with an address different to the one given.
Cleaning & Care
Garments should be dry cleaned only, and only when necessary. Wool tweeds do not attract bacteria and may never need washing. We are unable to guarantee changes in fabrics or sizes should you choose to use a washing machine to clean.
